on Sunday 22nd August on 3CR from 11pm my guest on Two to the Valley will be Australian music icon Dave Graney. We'll talk about his new album 'Super Modified', which is a remix of sorts of previous releases, and following the themes of TttV, talk about how/when/where Dave has recorded and released music during his three-decade career. As lead vocalist for the Moodists, the Coral Snakes, the Lurid Yellow Mist and other bands, Dave's CV includes everything from independent to major-label releases, regular tours and TV appearances and an Aria award. These day he operates a studio at home in suburban Melbourne, where he records for his own and other bands.
rarely does the word "lossless" spring to mind in the context of New Waver, but now that the new album Bohemian Suburb Rhapsody is on BandCamp, very high quality versions of the songs can be downloaded via a great user interface

On the 21st its Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne musician, zinester and radio-artist Glenn Norman, whose outfits Pork, Volvox and Devotion would probably today be categorized 'experimental', though that word hardly does them justice.
