Volume 4: April 1981
The fourth volume of Fast Forward included an early version of Rowland Howard's much-recorded song Shivers, interviews with English poet John Cooper Clark, Canberra group *** *** and US group Pere Ubu, and curiousities such as an interview with Adam Ant's uncle and a Missing Link ad for a Residents album.
The artwork in this issue became more complex, comprising a printed plastic container and extra paper material such as a collage and a crossword.
